Expert-Led Classes for Every Fitness Level

At Elkridge Athletic Club, our group exercise classes cater to all fitness levels and help you achieve your personal fitness goals with the motivation and support of our community. Your gym membership gives you access to the area's best fitness instructors whose aim is to keep you motivated while ensuring your workouts are fun, safe, and effective.

Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, increase flexibility, or de-stress, our group classes use a combination of exercises designed to deliver your desired results and provide a foundation for overall health and wellness. Non-members are welcome to join individual classes—it's a great way to experience EAC's supportive environment and expert instruction.

Six Dynamic Class Types to Energize Your Routine

  • Body Sculpt

    Wednesdays 6:00pm - 7:00pm

    Work up a sweat while challenging every muscle group in your upper and lower body—including your core—in our Body Sculpting class. Perfect for any fitness level, this 60-minute session focuses on toning and strengthening using a variety of equipment and techniques to deliver comprehensive results.

  • Bootcamp

    Tuesdays 6:00pm - 7:00pm
    Saturdays 9:30am - 10:30am

    This high-volume, low-resistance workout features short rest intervals and is designed to improve muscle tone and definition while boosting cardiovascular fitness. Expect dynamic movements, functional exercises, and a challenging yet achievable workout that leaves you feeling accomplished.

  • HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)

    Tuesdays 7:15pm - 8:00pm
    Thursdays 5:30pm - 6:15pm

    The perfect complement to your cardio routine, our HIIT class challenges your body with high-intensity intervals, plyometrics, spin bike bursts, and varied equipment. The format constantly changes to deliver a comprehensive, head-to-toe workout that maximizes results in just 45 minutes.

  • Spin

    Wednesdays 7:15pm - 8:15pm
    Saturdays 8:15am - 9:15am

    Spin provides an excellent opportunity to improve your cardiovascular fitness with low-impact work for your heart and lower body muscles. Benefit from group motivation while going at your own pace—if you can sit on a stationary bike, you have all the skills needed for this energizing 60-minute workout.

  • Spin & Strength

    Mondays 7:15pm - 8:15pm


    The ultimate intense cycling experience incorporating light weights and resistance bands to maximize your cardiovascular system while engaging your core and upper body. This 60-minute class combines the best of both worlds for a comprehensive, challenging workout.

  • TRX Suspension Training

    Thursdays 6:15pm - 7:00pm


    TRX suspension training uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. Using the TRX Suspension Trainer, this performance training leverages gravity and your body weight to complete exercises that challenge your entire body in functional movement patterns.
